Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your items.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (unwashed, with tags attached, if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Email us at golfopiasales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Pack the Item: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipping process. Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale, or clearance, may not be eligible for returns.
- Personalized or Custom Items: Items that were customized or personalized for you cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method or offer you an exchange, depending on your preference.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
- Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
